Accounts
In order to procure some of the Services and facilities on this Site you will need to create an Account, which will contain certain personal details and Payment Information that may vary based upon your use of the Site as we may not require payment information until you wish to make a purchase. By continuing to use this Site you represent and warrant that:

– You have permission to submit Payment Information where permission may be required; and

– Your creation of an Account is further affirmation of your representation and warranty.
It is recommended that you do not share your Account details, particularly your username and password. Vampino accepts no liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of your Account details being shared by you. If you use a shared computer, it is recommended that you do not save your Account details in your Internet browser.
If you have reason to believe that your Account details have been obtained by another without consent, you should contact Vampino immediately to suspend your Account and cancel any unauthorized orders or payments that may be pending.
Please be aware that orders or payments can only be cancelled up until provision of Services has commenced. In the event that an unauthorized provision commences prior to your notifying us of the unauthorized nature of the order or payment, Vampino accepts no liability or responsibility and you should make contact with the third party service provider detailed in the Purchase Information.
Orders, Pricing and Merchandise Availability
You are able to purchase products from several retailers and brands on Hoods. Merchandise availability on Hoods is not guaranteed, as stocks may be low. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability and in some cases orders cannot be processed. Vampino reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any given reason at the time. When making an order on Vampino you will receive an email with your order details confirming that we have received your order and that it is being processed.
All pricing information on the Website is correct at the time of going online. Vampino reserves the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary.
In the event that prices are changed during the period between an order being placed and Vampino processing that order and taking payment, provision of Services shall commence as per your order and you will be charged the original price.
Hoods attempts to be as accurate as possible in the description of the products. However we do not warrant that such a description is totally accurate, complete, reliable and error free. In case you are not satisfied with the product ordered by you, you can return it to us according to the relevant provisions of our Return Policy.
Payment
Upon receiving your order, Vampino will send you an email confirming that we have received your order and that it is being processed. A validation check and authorization by the card issuer will be made and payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the time an order is made.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. You can also choose to pay cash upon delivery.
Vampino takes care to ensure that the Site is secure and that details of your order and payment are kept confidential, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
Please note that we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
Returns
Returns are free on Vampino. You may return an item within 14 days after receiving it. You will be refunded the full value of your purchase.

Refunds
– Due to the current circumstances, all refunds may take up to 15 calendar days.
– For all prepaid orders, we do offer a refund on credit card. However, the same is not applicable for cash on delivery orders.
– COD orders will have its refund through post office, Bank transfer or you can choose to have a gift card, knowing that the refund method cannot be changed after your confirmation.
– Partial refund is not available for valU orders; payment can only be refunded as a gift card.
– If a part of your order got cancelled and you requested to refund this amount as a gift card then the rest of your order got cancelled for any reason, the rest of the total paid amount will be refunded as a gift card. Refund to your valU account will not be applicable in this case.
Insurance and Delivery
All orders made on Vampino are insured from the time of dispatch until they are delivered to your specified delivery address.
Vampino aims to deliver all orders within 2-7 working days (this may take a bit longer during sale periods) unless otherwise stated on the Site.
Because we care about your order, courier won’t be able to let you check the order while delivering it to you. You would have to receive your order from the courier and pay the required amount then you can request a return within 14 days and get a full refund.
Termination and Cancellation
Either Vampino or you may terminate your Account. If Hoods terminates your Account, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons.
If Vampino terminates your Account, any current or pending orders or payments on your Account will be cancelled and provision of Services will not commence.
Vampino reserves the right to cancel orders or payments without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment or commencing Services provision.
If orders or payments are cancelled or you terminate your Account for any reason prior to commencement of Services provision you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
Privacy
Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms and conditions by this reference.
The Site places cookies onto your computer or device. By accepting these terms and conditions, you are giving consent to Vampino to place cookies on your computer or device. Please read the information contained in the Privacy Policy prior to acceptance.

Vampino reserves the right to change the Site, its Content or these Terms and Conditions at any time. If Hoods is required to make any changes to Terms and Conditions by law, these changes will apply automatically to any orders currently pending in addition to any orders placed by you in the future.
Availability of the Site
The Service is provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis. We give no warranty that the Service will be free of defects and / or faults. To the maximum extent permitted by law we provide no warranties (express or implied) of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of information, compatibility and satisfactory quality.
Vampino accepts no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Site resulting from external causes including, but not limited to, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events, acts of war or legal restrictions and censorship.
